WAT NONSENSE

I have been with Dr dudu n gosai for years n they were getting paid fine n timely after each consultation now suddenly in Feb Dr dudu was told I am not an active member n Dr gosai was told she is not network registers what the he'll how can they debit my account then the next thing I am not active on the system n how can they have a doctor on their list n then claim she is not network registered. I was made to fill forms n chose my two doctors funny I chose the same two doctors they refuse to pay. Wat ******* of a service is this. Wen will this stop they are quick to debit accounts but will do anything not to pay
