Waiting periods are not as discussed over the phone ! And I am not the only one I know it happened with.

There was told to me if I provide proof that I am with a medical aid all waiting periods will be less than a month, now all waiting periods are not as discussed over the phone, and if I ask for phone records there is absolutely no feedback , and the bad part is , I cancelled my medical aid that I have been with for 10 years. And now it is too late , and I'm sitting with empty promises from Essential med, truly unsatisfied.
