Very very bad service from Essential med

<p>Essentialmed refuses to pay for my medical tests from Lancet, their reason is that Lancet never followed up with them regarding the claim and now i am held liable for the account as Lancet has handed over my husband as he was the main member to ITC. These are test that was done in 2015 30 June. I wastold by Essetial med consultant that they do pay for hospitalisation but on this peticular time i was to be admitted but they confirmed to my Dr's receptionist that they dnt pay for hospitaliation at any private hospital then these test were done while i waited at the Dr's room and recieved SMS's only 2016 arround November regarding this account and they handed the account over to ITC.</p> <p> </p> <p>Essential med's excuse fro refusing to settle the account is that Lancet never followed up with them wich i was told by Lancet that they submit the claim then Essential gives them feedback, either ther reject the claim and provide Lancet with a rejection letter or they pay partially and let Lancet know or pay fully and inform Lancet but Lancet has not recieved anything from Essential Med now they making it our reponsabillity because of them not comunicating with Lancet.</p>
