Very pleasant phone call

I recieved a phonecall from Marelize recently informing me of an upgrade /improvement on a product and service I had taken out withEssential Med before. She was very informative highlighting the benefits in such detail that I simply couldnt find a reason to say no to the offer. Her phone manner is very professional, without sounding like your average call centre agent who has memorised a rhyme to sell you something you really dont need. Marelize knows her product very well and her friendly manner and genuine interest in the needs of my family made the conversation very pleasant. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her. She's a valueable asset to her company and I will recommend her service to anyone.
