Unlimited Lies

I am totally and utterly disappointing and discussed with the level of service received from Essential Med. Unpaid bills is the only benefit I receive from my policy. It appears that I can only go to the GP. When it comes to X-Rays it is a whole different ball game. The only response from the customer care is that the GP's has a list of tariffs paid by the group, anything other than that is not paid. WHY IS THIS NOT DISCLOSED TO MEMBERS WHEN YOU JOIN? At least then you can discuss the options with your GP before hand and you do not get surprises after the fact.
