Unfair service

I have essential med . I felt down the stairs and went to the Hospital. Authorization was given . It was discovered that my hip is cracked as a results I was supposed to go for hip replacement. I asked the Dr that I want to think about it . Then what they did blood were taken as it a normal for any major operations. This bloids wasnt for diagnosis. Diagnose was already done , even if this was for furrther diagnose it was essential to mitigate the risk further . The medical insurance doesn't want to pay for the blood tests done . I feel unfairly treated as a result if this won't solve I will escalate it to FSB.
