totaly devastated and shocked

Again. Last complaint about essential med a man called junayd contacted the main member of my medical aid and personaly made an appointment at a dr swanepoel which i was told to go to and to give feed back. The reason being is i went to one of the dentists on the list of dentists i was allowed to see and the mans practice looked like something out of a horror movie. I went to this dentist out of desperation because dental savers (also another group of dentists i saw) botched my teeth up with catastrophic consiquences. So junayd phoned and appologised and booked an appointment for me saying they would cover the appointment. Seeing as this dentist dr swanepoel is not listed on essential med he treated me like he was doing me a huge favour and complained bitterly to me about payment plans<br> I didnt know what to say and out of frustration and pain i allowed him to work on me. He also as dental savers sent me away without telling me i needed to come back and has now sent me notification stating that i have an outstanding amount on the bill and that medical aid covered only a portion. I was not informed about this and as a student am now liable for money i do not have. Frustrated!!!!!!
