Totally Disgusted

I have the Essential Med Gap Cover and have been having endless problems. The first problem that I have with Essential Med, when I joined I requested that my debit order goes off my account on the 25th of every month as this is the day I get paid. Essential Med decided to debit my account as and when they felt like. Every month I called in regarding this and every month they still debited on the wrong day. This is BREACH OF CONTRACT on their behalf. nobody could tell me what why the debit order were not going off on the 25th. This was very frustrating in the least. On the 9th September 2015 I requested via email to Essential Med to cancel the debit order due to the endless problems I was having and I would pay them via EFT on the 25th of every month. Well low and behold on the 26th October 2015 a debit order went off my account for Essential med even after I had paid them via EFT on 23rd October 2015. This is *******! I contacted them and was advised that I will get my money back but now a week later I still have received my money, not even a phone call. I have to phone them all the time. I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN 24HRS and not 2-3 week as I was told. LEGAL ACTION PENDING!!!!
