took my stress away

when my daughter was transported by EMO to the hospital i didn't follow the correct procedures. Now after 3 months I sit with a bill from EMO of R1180 which were supposed to be paid after 7 days of service. I don't like debt on my shoulders and obviously i didn't budget for this. After a lot of stress and a sleepless night I spoke to Nicolene explained everything in detail left no detail out and ask her if she can assist me with my problem I'm dealing with. In a very friendly manner she took the bill and said to me she'll try to assist me. She phoned Europe Assistance and send the bill through to them, than later in the day she informed me that they agreed on paying the bill for me. Nicolene you're a rockstar you really made my day yesterday!!!
