The Best WORST service ever!!!

The marketing department of this company is extremely good. However, this is where the service end. After three months I have not received any medical insurance cards although this was promised in month one. When you call to complain they try to run you around until you turn up the pressure and demand to speak to a manager - these managers are always in meetings, not available or they get one of their colleagues to talk to you as if it is the manager.

I cancelled this service. Luckily I got two months premiums back (from my bank) but I am still awaiting my first instalment to be paid back (I am not holding my breath!).

Pls stay away. Do better market research. There are much better Medical Insurance Companies out there!!!
