I joined Essential Med around May 2017, I would not lie,my experience with this company,I would say is around 2/5.I have dealt with a few individuals who I would agree with some of the other guys placing reviews,ridiculous service and turn around times. However,I believe that anytime I needed assistance with anything,Mr Teswin Charles has gone over and above duty call to make me a happy Customer.His attitude,his email responses,politness and willingness to help is brilliant.As I have even written complaints against some other agents I were not happy with,Teswin has just been a complete opposite.I would expect him to have a higher position as based on my experience,he is more capable than others higher than him.I have even referred other people to Essential only due to the level of service that Teswin provides.If i have a query on my Account,I only feel comfortable with Teswin handling it if possible due to his honorable capabilities.Truly a rising star in the company from a very happy Client.
