Terrible services

This is by far the worse medical insurance I have ever taken out really I paid R1709 a month for this. 2 weeks back my child got sick we tried to get over the counter medicine but we couldn't I had to pay cash passed Saturday again I had to pay cash cause this policy is not working but yet they deducted. I send an email to the broker who assist me in taking out this policy he until today ignores me but when I took it out he responded to my emails few minutes not even long but now when I need assistance they can't assist me. Ontop of it all I have canceled my policy but yet they still trying to deduct money from my account without even attempting to rectify their poor services. This by far is the most terrible services and policy I had ever taken out. Now they have placed my account in a Minus!!! Essentialmed I will never recommend you guys to anyone really you terrible and what you say and provide is not the same.
