Terrible service

Bad service and I need to warn clients to never get sick or end up in hospital. They do not pay and it is up to you to settle your own bills. I suggest to cancel and rather go onto a real medical aid/hospital plan because you actually have nothing with Essential med, you are throwing your money away. I am definately moving and will never go back on schemes like this. I have been a loyal client since 2013 and they just left me with bills that I cannot afford!!! Its a disgrace.
