This is just a courtesy note to extend my heartfelt thanks for the support Bradford Smith gave me on the occasions that I had to contact your call centre. His assistance was very commendable and I must say that he handles the situation/s very well. It really is a pleasure to know that there are still people caring about the well being of others and if he thought it would be in the client's interest to inform them of new products or revisions, he contacts them to inform of any additions or changes. Keep up the good work and my you and your family enjoy a joyous festive season!
