<p>I'm at hospital, been waiting for authorisation for the past 3hrs. The personnel at the call centre are *********** (Lebo and Sindi) and rude. My life is at risk and every minute wasted is putting in a fatal danger. My veins are compromised and they rapture I could bleed to death. I've been a member for 3 to 4 years and now I can't get any value for my money, worst my life at stake. I'm frustrated and scared for my life, sold lies by essential med.</p> <p> </p>
