She is a real asset to the institution!
Myself and a close friend have been reporting a query related to our preferred GP in our area (listed on Essential Meds list) with no avail to get it sorted. And I am glad to say that in one call to the call centre on Thursday, 12/02/2015 our query that has been sitting without action for days was resolved to our satisfaction. We just want to thank Shanet for her patience and going that extra mile to have this matter resolved. It is through people like her and her passion for her job that we don't loose hope. Keep up the good work girl!!!
