Service beyond my expectation

It is worth a mention when we receive GREAT service. I won't go into the detail of my unfortunate burning incident that forced me to go to Netcare at N1 City. The staff there was amazing, from doctors to nurses. Unfortunately it was not a CareCross hospital so I expected a lot of hassle regarding payment. Boy was I wrong. When I called the hospital to pay- they said it was already covered by Essential. Then I phoned Elize at Essential regarding payment of the doctors (independent to hospital) and once again I was amazed- because they too were not on the network. It was simply...\No problem Mr Naidoo we understand it was an emergency- just fax us the statement and we will settle it tomorrow.". WOW! The service was TOP TOP and it helps when the attitude of staff is also world class. I sent a couple of emails and they were all responded to promptly. I just want to thank EssentialMed and in particular Elize van der Merwe for taking the real pain away. You have a customer for life. Thank you."""
