Pathetic Con artist!!!!
I have sent out an email on Saturday I do understand they don't work weekend. I requested an update to check if the medical is still active, Did I get a response? FML they don't give a F*** about their clients I specific emailed Marcus Halford(Email address of ***) no reply not even a call. Thokozani who was my broker helped me with the start of this, however recently I had a question to ask can they place my policy on hold, I get an email your policy was canceled, Now my question remains do you honestly think i have over 3 hundred laying around and doing nothing **** this government is already raping us financially now yall aswell???!!!!!!! This now day 4 no response and I can assure you that ill wait ill rather take my business elsewhere never ever was I treated like this. This is an Insurance company!!!! please close your doors you don't know what you doing

AfroCentric Essential Med offers healthcare insurance products which provide our members with access to private healthcare services. Insurance products, as is true for healthcare insurance as well, are designed to transfer risk for when an event occurs that gives rise to a claim, from the individual to the Insurer. Instead of paying for accidents and other unforeseen health-related events out of your own pocket, you pay a company beforehand to take on that risk instead. The risk remains ever present, which is why premiums are generally billed on a prepaid-type structure. Where payment is not received for one month, the policy remains active, but all benefits are suspended. Should payment not be received for two consecutive months, the policy will lapse. It is for these reasons that we are unable to accommodate your request to place your benefits/policy on hold
We acknowledge that this is not the outcome you were hoping for and we are sorry that you remain unhappy. We trust though that we have adequately explained the reasons for the decision.
