<p>Wife gets ill at work ambulance took her to hospital. Need hospital authorisasion from medical insurance. Wife on drip in emergencies. Need to spend the night hospital want R15000 just for bed. Essential med needs doctors report treatment report from wife me i am not close to my wife. Had to take wife home due to nobody can tell me what to do so that she can get permission to stay in hospital by medical insurance gor which i have the most expensive plan from. No star from me</p>

In the case of admission the member or the hospital is to contact Africa Assist in order to obtain authorisation and a fixed diagnosis must be in place. The following information must be provided in order to get the process going:
Hospital, Date of admission, Treating/Admitting Doctor and the Treatment plan. Once all this information is provided then we will be able to start the process for authorisation.
An email will follow to claim back for the casualty treatment.
