Rewards Programme

Essentialmed your rewards programme is a joke.Points that are supposed to have been allocated are not-after six months waiting and the relevant department never has answers when you contact them.They say they will call you back but never do.The service there has been so pathetic that i am considering cancelling my medical insurance with Essentialmed.
