Refund payment delays
How does it take over 2 months to pay the tiniest claim? R1100?
Id be ok if they were honest about it. But the emails telling me its going to be paid are annoying. The last email dated 5 days ago stated: We confirmed with our underwriters and the refund will be paid today.
Clearly your today and MY today are very different days.
If it take this long to pay such a small claim I am seriously worried what will happen if, God forbid, something more serious befalls myself or my partner.
