Refund
I took up this medical insurance last year for my dad and brother . I sent an email in january to cancel it but. As am no longer employed. Today my brother sent me 1000 so i can pay for my child school fees and transport you took it. Return my money into my account all the R825 so my child can go to school.i have.never said you must deduct my account <br>

Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.
Upon investigation we noticed that you app**** for our Essential Junior plan in December 2015.
Since you app**** we have not received any successful payments. SMS notifications were sent to you on a monthly basis. We have not received any correspondence from you however on the 06/04/2016 you notified us about your policy premium.
As per our policy documents we require a 30 day written notification in order to terminate your policy and that we do not issue any refunds.
Please provide us with a cancellation letter in order to terminate your policy.
