pulling debit order without authorisation

I Told a consultant from Essential Med, to kindly put my application on hold because I was still on medical aid with discovery. She rep**** that she will put my details on hold, I also told her to not pull debit order, because I was still on medical aid, she said it wont go through. Now for some reason the premium went off from my account. I hate the service.
