Product pitch

I received a call recently during my lunch break, and the consultant introduced herself as Ivy Lentoor. She pitched to me about emergency medical insurance. Even though I commute to work daily, I had not considered the need to have that kind of cover. I have spoken to my other commuting colleagues as well as my wife and will soon be signing up for emergency medical cover. I feel Ivy is patient, well trained, well spoken, and efficient.
