I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING - they don’t paying for any blood test, always a story…I am waiting for authorisation for operation, I had to get quotes from the hospital and DR, just to find out that the whole cost is going to be +- R40 000, where of ESSENTIAL only wants to pay R6500 , the rest I have to pay out of my pocket, and I need to pay these cost upfront and then they will refund me……what a lot of BILL**** !!!!!!!!!!! I have been with them over 6 years…….wait of my money……I wount recomment this to my worst Anomy ........ Well what can we expect....... they just Just as ******* as the government …… Please stay way people… </p>
