Pay your accounts!
Today I went to my essential med network doctor as I have many times before. Unlimited doctors visits they said...I was told that I needed to pay upfront as my doctor no longer deals with Essential Med because they don't settle their accounts and always need to beg for their money with no success. I am veru disappointed because every month without fail you take my money. If the doctors can't get their consultation fees how long am I going to have to wait until it is refunded to me. This is highly disappointing and unprofessional. Don't make promise you can't deliver on! I'd rather take my business elsewhere
