Overdue payments

I have had an email from my doctor stating that payment is overdue from Essential Med. My doctor's rooms have also app**** for chronic medication end of December 2017 - nothing has been done about this even after contacting the call centre and speaking to Chanselle Pedro - she ignores all emails sent to her. Please can someone contact me to sort out urgently else I will be forced to report you to the Council for Medical Schemes.
