One Glimmer of Hope

<p>I had taken out a policy in respect of dental cover with Essential Med. When it came to claims stage, it was obvious that the policy conditions had not been explained to me in full, nor did I receive a comprehensive policy schedule or wording. I subsequently cancelled the policy and after many delays, I was eventually given a refund of the premiums paid to date in full. During this process, Garth Holmes kept me updated at all times despite him only being responsible for the cancellation of the policy, he took ownership of the complaint and the payment process.
