Not paying my doctors!!!!

My doctor who is a network provider for Essential Med has blocked my file due to non payment by Essential Med!! I have to pay cash. Apparently there are 2 or 3 consultations which have not yet been paid - from February this year!! This is totally unacceptable. I pay every month but I am unable to use the benefits. I was told by my doctor that many patients are complaining about Essential Med not paying the doctors!!! I wa bitten by a dog and urgently need to get to my doctor but will now have to pay cash for the consultation and any medication. I went for an X-ray 2 months ago and was also told I must first pay cash because they have a problem with Essential Med paying!!! I am definitely looking around for a better medical insurance.
