Not Accepted at Netcare

I asked the manager at Netcare Greenacres Hospital if they take Essential Med, they said no, you are not on their system and they do not take medical insurance from you. If I am in an emergency then how do I seek or gain help if they confirm Essential Med are not on the system and are not accepted.
