Not a proper Policy / Medical Aid
I pay R700 a month for my daughter, and first of all, they never cover all the medicine which I have accepted. Now, after a 6 month waiting period, they want to tell me if I want to take her to a pediatric, I have to pay them and then they will give me back my money. REALLY??????????????? I cant pay Essential med AND the pediatric! This is unacceptable and I am not going to leave it here! I spoke to Michael now, but next in line is Deidre vd Heever. I will not leave this! Otherwise I will cancel the policy and get a proper medical aid. I am sick and tired of this bull****! Just want money money money ! But when you have to cover something, you always have excuses!
