Non Responsive No Reply

Essential Med have blatently ignored my requests for information I questioned in their fine print. Please see below:

On your Hospital Plan I have a few important questions:

1) If I take out Level 1 Accident Cover what is the maximum daily payout Essential Med will pay a hospital? I know you say R75000 per event. What is the actual total amount you pay the hospital?

2) If I take out Level 3 Trauma/Casualty which offers R6000 per event. And I have waited the 1 month period. And I go to a network approved hospital. And my account is up to date. What is the maximum amount Essential Med or Africa Unity will pay that hospital if stated up to R6000?

3) Will there be a once off payment to the hospital directly or as I read many cases Essential Med clients pay at Trauma/Casualty and you reimburse them later?

4) Is there a co-payment on any Trauma/Casualty admission or check out if on Level 3 and I have waited the 1 month and go to a network approved hospital.
