Non payment of doctors accounts
I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter on the 16th or 17th of December 2014 w.r.t outstanding accounts. I received an email from Lucas Fourie, the medical support head of operations of Essential Med. He made numerous of promises that he will sort out the matter and ensure that the outstanding accounts are paid. Up to date it was only EMPTY promises as the accounts are still unpaid, I have never ever received such BAD SERVICE from a company. They deduct every month R1707 but in return I am not getting anything for it. I really need assistance in this matter. I am REALLY frustrated about the matter.
