Non/partial payment of dentist account
My 2 kids and I went for a routine dental check-up on 21/05/2014 to a dentist on the Essential Med provider list.

I received a phone call from the dentist's account department in July 2014 re an amount outstanding. I phoned Essential Med and I followed that up twice via email (in Aug and Sep), but received no answer.

As I haven't heard anything from anyone again, I assumed that the issue was resolved. At the end of March this year, I received another call about the outstanding money. I tried numerous times to get an explanation as to WHY not even the consultation (8101) was paid in full for all 3 of us. According to the Dental Benefits, it should be paid for each member twice per year. All the procedures done, are listed on the Dental Benefits, but some were not paid at all and others only partially.

The only answer that I got every time was: \Please be advised that we pay accounts according to our benefit structure and schemed rates."

WHY have these procedures not been (fully) paid"
