No payment of claim

I have been a member of Essential med for 6 years. I have never claimed for Optometry or Dentistry only chronic medication. In May I had flue and I got a script from my doctor that I took to Clicks. Because Essential med mistakingly \could not find my membership file"I had to pay for the meds myself. After 2 months and 4 emails and calls they now say they will not cover my flue meds. Sorry this is shocking as it's the first time ever that I claim for something other than chronic medication. I will surely cancel my membership and tell all my family and friends that I revered to you"
