No Coverage On MEDISON

i am so unhappy with the service they made my husband pay in R170 for meds and it was not even that great dr gave him cough mixture and pain****ers witch would of worked out cheaper if i bought it cash my sons cough mixture was covered but not my sons and i was told meds is covered should you have a script.... same as in the week i went to pharmacy to get strepsils as i was told i an ger R100 over the counter meds a month get to the till i had to pay cash when i pho ed in and asked why i was told i needed AUTHORIZATION ... i mean what the hell who needs to get authorisation for dam strepsils.... i am so unhappy of they cant even cover my strepsils or pain ****ers i am scared to think what will happen if i am in need of a Hospital...
