Not recommended at all. Shocking service I went in for a xray via their network doctor. I paid the xray department and sent through my claim to be told the X-ray department did not use the right code u mean what the heck I’m not a doctor what do we know about which codes to use to claim. the description is exactly the same between the two. Absolutely shocking. U should describe clearly on your policies. Very quick to take our monthly payment but when it comes to claim back difference story. We will definitely NOT recommend this medical insurance. We busy looking for other medical insurance that do what their policy say. Not even a reply to our complaint!

We would like to confirm that one of our consultants was in contact with the principle member on the 1st of November 2024 regarding the reimbur*****t.
Our policy documents states that we offer unlimited cover for black & white, single or double sided X- rays at any radiologist according to our formulary. A referral is required from a GP on our network.
Our network GP's are provided with a benefit manual which includes a copy of all relevant formularies and the consultant also provided you with a copy of the radiology formulary on the 1st of November 2024.
