I am one of the people that does not bother to read soo I rely on consultants to answer my questions and tell me what a piece of paper wont tell me , Levern called about an upgrade of the child protection plan wow she made my day n she even went an extra mile to help me update my medical aid details and all, she was the best n she told me my child is not disabled coz I always say he is coz he is partially blind on the left eye. I am happy with the service I got today
