Monthly Premium Increase without consent
Our monthly premium increase by roughly 30% at the beginning of this month, without notification at all.<br> We phoned the call-center 1 March and spoke to Grant. He said he will send the proof that they notified us. As of yet we haven't received anything. We mailed them 3 more times, without response.<br> So please, either send us proof that you did indeed notify me, or refund the difference, as it is ******** to increase premiums without at least notifying your clients.<br> <br> Please see this as urgent, as we have only negative experiences since joining Essential Med.

Thank you for bringing the concerning matter to our attention.
The increase letters were sent out via email the 1st of February. The email would have been sent to the email address we have on the system.
Please note that we had an increase in October which did not influence you as an existing client. The increase in March was calculated on the increase in October.
We also have a range of great benefits which have been added to your policy option since we changed providers in October.
