Misleading/withheld info to gain clients

Not everything is disclosed when signing up for this med insurance. I particularly app**** for this med because my nephew plays school sports especially rugby. I thought that all accidents were covered until I had to take the kid to doctors bcz of sports injuries that sports accidents only active after 12 months and the consultant who helped me sign up knew why I app**** for this med in the first plc but failed to let me know that what I was signing up for is only active after 12 months. The name of the consultant who did not tell me if I remember correctly was John Bass or John Vass. I was really dissapointed that this info was withheld from me during sign up. While I do not mind their laws, they should not mislead by withholding important info just to gain clients. That all
