Michael Fortune was a delight! <br> <br> This is the first time I app**** for medical cover so I was quite clueless going in. He patiently explained the processes and made sure I understood what I was signing up for. What I also appreciate is how fast and efficient the service was. At some point I was unable to continue with the call and requested a call-back which he returned a couple minutes later! Wow! Really impressed!<br> <br> Love the people and I can't wait to be a part of the Essential Med family!
