MEDICAL AID INACTIVE BUT RECEIVING A PAYMENT EVERY
i CONTACTED ESSENTIALE MED BEGINNING OF APRIL 2015 FOR A DOCTOR WHICH I COULD GO TO.<br> I WAS REFFERED TO DR AW PELSER, SHE CONFIRMED THAT SHE WAS ON THE PANEL OF DRS AND I MADE AN APPNTMENT FOR 8/4/2015. EVER SINCE THEN SHE SENDS ME ACCOUNTS FOR THE APPOINTMENT WITH RED LETTERS FUND INACTIVE AND I SHOULD IMMEDIATELY PAY THE ACC.<br> WHAT AM I PAYING A MEDICAL AID FOR? PLEASE CONACT ME IMMEDIATELY AT ***<br> PLEASE CONTACT DR PELSER *** AND SORT THIS OUT WITH HER.

Thank you for bringing your concerning matter to our attention.
The accounts manager was in contact with you regarding your above complaint.
As per our conversation we advised you that the only accounts received and paid was for Dr S Koen. We also advised that we did not receive any account for Dr Pelser. You have confirmed that you do not have the account and we contacted the practice on your behalf. We also confirmed with the practice that this is an April service date and no red letter was sent out to you.
We did however received the account today and will process this accordingly.
