Lovely Service

So I was surfing the net looking at medical aid prices when I came across Essential Med's website. I was looking around when Jovan used their messaging system to do a live chat with me to see if I needed any assistance. All my questions were answered in the chat which was lovely as most people direct you to where on the website the information is! It was quick and easy! When I requested additional information Jovan asked for my email address and promptly sent it to me. When I declined to provide my contact number Jovan did not make an issue of it and understood why I didn't want to provide my number! Jovan was helpful and friendly and efficient. VERY IMPRESSED :)
