Info not being updated - pathetic service
<p>In 2015 October i become a member of Essential Med in Jan 2017 i upgraded to there new packages, since i have been struggling every month to get my cronics, because of a "waiting period" which i am not subject to because i have been a member for 20 mnths now. I have phoned and mailed now numerous times and still same old problem persists.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fed up with poor pathetic service delivery, how can i recommend such terrible service.</p>
Essential Med has phoned me and assured me that all problems have been corrected and that all updates have been done and that the policy will be fully functional now.
