Impressive product offering and excellent agent

I have been looking for affordable medical aid for a family of 4 with sufficient cover, until I saw the Essential Med Advert on Google search, I didn't think this was possible. Firstly, the call centre agent: Chloe Hebrard, was amazing, she took the time to explain in detail the plan and ensured that I understood exactly what the offering was. Over and above that she ensured that she got the spelling of all my family members names (which are African and rather long complicated names) correctly!! Thank you!! Then secondly medical aid cover that covers day to day as well as hospital including added value services can cost an arm and a leg but with Essential Med we not only got hospital cover, disability cover, funeral cover, we also got day to day cover!! All at an affordable premium!! Now that's a company that understands the consumer needs. Thank you!!
