Immunizations for children

I am trying to find out how I would go about with with our new born baby to get statutory Immunizations, as required by South African Law, before children would be admitted to any schools. I have sent an email, as per the website to [Email Removed] on the 15th of July 2015, with no feedback. Then I phoned then I was advised to rather use the following email address [Email Removed] and emailed the inquiry again on the 22 July 2015. Today which is the 28th of July 2015, I spoke to the following people, Carien, Deswin, Tayyiba, Raydene, Zelda and last but not least their Manager Riaan, and still, no answers to my query. All advise me that this is not covered, but nowhere in the policy exclusions do I see this. I would like to know if this is not covered what am I paying for? Whats the use of good money being spent on something pretty useless then? <br> <br> Please excuse the spelling errors with the Names of the employees if I made any, but you know who you are. Please provide me feedback? I would like to give a compliment but with this type of service it is just not possible. <br>
