Horrible service!!!
I'm only giving one star because I have to give some sort of rating. They don't even deserve that one star. My family called for 2 hrs to get pre authorization with no assist. The phone just rings unanswered. I almost died. They are so dam useless. I'm finding a new service provider first thing tomorrow morning. What a useless bunch.

We sincerely apologise for the frustration experienced while attempting to contact our emergency assistance line.
Our records indicate that assistance was provided once contact was established and the member was advised to proceed to the nearest hospital for treatment. We have also investigated the concerns regarding our telephone lines and found no significant downtime during the period in question.
