Horrible Service, Cancelling this insurance!

<p>I'm honestly so disappointed in the service I've received here. I have been paying for the past 3 months and I haven't once used my insurance. When I do then I have to do run arounds to just get over the counter meds which are a measly 60bucks! I get the authorization and then go to the pharmacy where I experience drama for over an hour due to the fact that the card keeps saying I must get authorization and the guy at the otc authorization says he doesn't know what to do as on his side it shows as it gone off. I eventually leave without the meds! Next day I lay a complaint with customer service and they say they will get back to me, guess what?? I'm still waiting! I can't imagine when I need to go to a hospital or doc what may happen! Guys do yourselves a favor n don't use this insurance! I'm thoroughly disappointed! </p>
