Great Service

I have been having a problem with Essential med where my son's surname had to be changed, this has been going on for a while where I was getting nowhere with the amendments department, Tania phoned me to enquire about the service and I explained to her the situation, the correct forms were emailed to me straight away and the problem was resolved, Tania really gave me excellent service and she went the extra mile to help me. Job well done.
