Great customer service

I app**** for Medical cover at Essential Med and i received a call from a lady Levern Eyman. She was very helpful and she explained everything in detail and with great care. Even cracked a couple of jokes. She made sure i understood all the medical cover language and jargon. <br> <br> Thank you Levern for all the help and even following up with extra information just in case there are things i did not get. And also for opening lines for future communication should i have a quiry or problem.<br> <br> Keep up the good work and keep smiling cause i could tel u were smiling throughout the call:)
